The Board of Directors of Phoenix-House has scheduled a ribbon-cutting cutting ceremony to celebrate the new facility for helping people over-come mental illness. The ceremony is scheduled at Noon, Saturday, October 13th at 1228 Grape Street. Phoenix-House is a new facility that helps mental health patients overcome their illness and get back to personally-satisfying, productive lives. Everyone is welcome.
