The Josh Abbot Band has scheduled a concert in Abilene to celebrate Fire Prevention Week. The concert will be October eleventh at the Abilene Convention Center. The celebration begins at 5:00 with free smoke detectors and a chance to meet local fire-fighters and purchase hats and tee-shirts from the Abilene Professional Firefighters Association. Some of the money from the concert will go The Abilene Fire Department.
