The Abilene chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness has scheduled a program called”The Miracle of Healing.” It will be Friday, May 17th at Hillcrest Church of Christ in Abilene. The address is 650 East Ambler. It’s a fundraising event. They will have a silent auction beginning at 6:30, and dinner at 7:00. Tickets are $20 per person, $30 for a couple or a table sponsorship for $200. The money will go for support, education, advocacy and awareness for individuals, families and Veterans affected by mental health conditions and/or substance use disorders.
